Five week-old Arabidopsis thaliana plants grown at 21 °C were exposed to 28 °C for 24 h prior to, during and 24 h after the PAMP/DAMP treatments. Treatments were performed by leaf syringe-infiltrating the whole sixth true leaf with flg22 (0.1 uM), nlp24 (0.1 uM), SCOOP10 (0.1 uM), Pep1 (0.1 uM) or mock (0.001% DMSO) solution. Infiltrated samples were harvested at 0.5 h, 2 h, 6 h and 24 h after infiltration. Untreated sixth true leaves were harvested at 0 h, 6 h and 24 h at 28 °C.
